Mukti abuzz with activity with the arrival of six-member team from the University of Strathclyde – two lecturers /prosthetic clinicians and four prosthetic students, also accompanied by two Manipal Institute of Technology Biomedical students. Mukti is conducting three Artificial Limb Camps in the month of August and September, all of them in Kerala. The beneficiaries will be fitted with Limbs ( both above-knee and below-knee). The first camp is on now at Vaikom, Kerala, from August 3rd through August 10th. The second camp is from August 24th through August 31st at Quilon, Kerala, and the third camp is from Setember 14th through September 21st, at Trivandrum. Mukti India conducted computer training classes for students enrolled in 8th to 11th standards.
Mukti India offers internships for students from Anna University and SRM College. Students of Bio Medical engineering and BOT courses participate in these internships.
